Damage Question

while looking at my monks damage numbers on my character pane i saw that my total damage and DPS numbers appear in red with x85% written next to it im not sure if this is an item level issue or bug. i attached an image below
does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

its brand new no durability...
happened when i equipped other weapons as well

I have the same red numbers on my bm monk, but i dont think that there is any change to my dps.

Noticed this on my ww when I logged in first time. Fixed it immediately by changing to my other spec (brew) and then changing back and entering white tiger stance.
