Im wondering if this glyph is working atm, since im too poor to test it now, and was too dumb to care about testing it before applying it.

You can test it after applying too. First, dump RP and then spam DS and record the results. Then, build 100 RP and then spam DS and record the results. Compare, ..., profit?
A 25% difference is quite big so you will notice it. My question is why do you need it? This glyph is good for Blood DPS, decent for Blood Tank threat-wise, and also good for leveling as Blood.
But Blood DPS is weak on this content, survivability > threat on this content, and spending gold for a such a glyph for leveling is not a very good choice.

Im currently leveling, and didn't had gold at the time (got a lot more now), and I found it quite cheap at the time, but I don't know the alternative tbh, I like to tank dungeons and I don't remember what the alternative is.
I like the rune tap glyph (10% extra healing+ally healing) but thats a commodity hardly a good glyph overall, then there's the extra time on vampiric blood which might be the best out there.
Not sure if im missing anything (I'm lvl 58, currently lvling professions, so glyph of rune strike is useless atm).
Glyph of Rune Strike and Glyph of Death Strike are you number-one threat glyphs. Do not underestimate Glyph of Rune Strike - it adds a clear 10% crit chance on your main aggro and damage source and is better than GoDS if you don't use DS that often (you're well geared or have good healers).
Glyph of Rune Tap's +10% heal means you'll go from 20% to 22%. While healing the party (notice, NOT the raid - just the party) by 10% of their HP may seem nice - first, it's very hard to gain the full benefit from it because you use Rune Tap mainly for your own healing; second, that's not your job.
As for survivability, Glyph of Vampiric Blood is a must. Glyph of Icebound Fortitude makes IBF strong even if you don't have tank gear. Glyph of Anti-Magic Shell is also an option, albeit not a strong one. And then there is Glyph of Dark Command, which I always take because a missed taunt in a raid, although very unlikely, very often means a wipe.
These are all the glyphs you'll ever care about as a Blood DK tank. My personal choice for raiding is Vampiric Blood as a main glyph, Dark Command for utility, and Rune Strike for threat.

Oh yea forgot icebound one completely, but yea don't have the spell yet.. I'll most likely change DS glyph for icebound when I can, and since im leveling dark command isn't as essential.
I like my glyph of disease a lot though, and I know its not essential at all, but I do love it, I'll probably end up switching it too, but for now, my main change will probably be DS for icebound when I get the spell.
Keep in mind when you get tank gear at 80lvl that glyph becomes obsolete because IBF scales from Defense. Disease is a DPS glyph and offers nice utility, but as you get used to tanking you'll see you don't need it.
