Gifting is exactly for "gifting" (meaning you two are friends), trading via gifting is not gifting, meaning not allowed. That said, there have been numerous cases of trading through gifting before, and even though we cannot verify them all to ensure that this is followed, we do give ZERO SUPPORT to scams through that system.
