As a WotLK player here on Warmane, and huge lore buff on the game, this stuff right here hits me in the feels. This sort of thing is why I love WC3, WotLK, and looks like I'm going to fall in love with Legion also.

  2. That sounds as a lovely friends' relationship, but I wonder if there could be more, and I think the answer is no.

  3. I'll be honest. I have my hopes up for Legion. I don't know how they're going to feed the lore and I'm trying to get myself away from the several arcticles that are being released lately so I have that "shocking surprise" feeling one more time.

I did read this one though. Specially 'cause I decided to open the Youtube video and as soon as I heard that song (my Garrison song ROFL) I had to see the rest. I just hope they don't drop this detail fast. It has too much awesomeness involved in it. God damn it, people call it a Revamp but there are several parts of the lore that are still unanswered from that same time of the lore!

As I've spoken with Teick several times, WoD has to be the so called "limit" that they found. They can't push more crap like the several releases they did in WoD. I really want to believe that they're going to pickup their slacking.

  4. The music is actually making me go back to Northrend and farm the raids on retail again. I have to get this music sheet for my garrison. But for now, I'm settling for listening to it on EpicMusicPlayer.

The story is mostly an excerpt from the game itself, and what is described to be happening in Legion actually does, as it was taken from the alpha. This isn't the only story I've read with this quality in Legion, but funnily enough, what stories aren't connected to the War of the Ancients, they are connected to the events of the Wrath of the Lich King. Which is the last great story-telling expansion we've had since MoP. I've come to the conclusion that WoD is just a filler expansion like Cataclysm was, and that what Blizzard is about to deliver us is going to be on tier with WotLK and MoP story-wise.

That music makes me cry, not only because I know all of the stories to which it is tied, but pride in that I read them and played through them.

Yes, I do agree. As I stated on my previous comment, me and Teick kindly theory-crafted about this expansion several times and the thing that we both agree is that Warlord of Draenor was literally a filler. I like to see Warlords of Draenor as a... "Let's see how far we can push". The patches that they did were meh, adding some features that are helpful but not completely necessary and just filled blank spots. I really believe that they saved the best for Legion. I really want to believe that. If they didn't, I'm going to be extremely dissapointed and it will be the end of World of Warcraft most likely. They already lost a lot of active players with the current content. I don't want to imagine if they repeat the dose on the new expansion.

There are so many points lore wise that need to be explored that I'm curious in how they're going to do it. I feel like a teenage girl going like: " Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god " - But at the same time I really don't want to read anything else or I'll spoil myself really badly.
