Pandaria Glyph of Lightning Shield

i was wondering were i could get it ? (besides A H).
it says on every site your suppose to get automatically as a shaman when u turn 75, i am currently lvl 80 and still dont have it.

am i suppose to to get if via inscription? or a quest ?

can someone maybe help me / give me some info about it ?

It seems that this glyph does not exist in game or I dont know. Never saw it on AH i last few weeks. :(

The glyph does exist. I bought it in the AH.

I know it exists i saw it in the auctionhouse but your suppose to get it at 75 or is that the officale server and the disabled that on warmane?
