Pandaria Frostwolf 5.4.8 Chi Burst still not working ;__;

Hi there!
I just wanted to ask why Chi Burst is not working for so loong ?!
Its 5.4.8 atm and to be honest i thought Warmane staff will fix it but unluckily it's still bugged, and for windwalkers it's pretty nice talent at this patch but we cant use it. D: Are you going to fix it in the near future?

I don't have an ETA but if there isn't a bug tracker for it, go ahead and create a report for it so the devs can get to it.
