Does name change on Lord count for queue skip?

Simple question that I couldn't find a definitive answer for.

Using a service on a character in Lordaeron gives you queue skipping for 30 days, yes (all of them cost more than 5 coins for what I know). This was something confirmed by Proterean. You just need to already be a donor and so on, it can't be a regular account that got gifted coins, for example.
