Problems connecting

Lately I have troubles trying to log in into the Frostwolf server, it stays on connecting and then it loads the realm list and the Frostwolf option is in gray color and population says disconnected, I've already checked the realm list, tried flushing the dns and clearing the WTF.

Have you updated your MoP client to 5.4.8?

I've just noticed in the forums today, was there an advice for this?

That's for a fresh installation, but if you already had a MoP client you just need to download an updated WoW.exe
