Pandaria Worgen's quest bug

In the Quest " The Wind Know Your Name... Apperently" i need to speak to Celestine of the Harvest, but she disappears, i made this quest 1 day ago on my 2nd character but today, she isnt on her place, so nobody can do this quest which is needed to pass throught the story. Many other players also walking around this place and their dont know what to do. I hope u can fix it. :)
