    ok tnx for the answer.

let's say I donate for 50€, do I get queue skip for 10 months then? Everything you can get for 5coins is crap tbh

No. You don't get to queue skip just for donating. You have to spend the coins you get on something. You also cannot have more than a month's worth active at a time. The feature isn't intended to be "donate X and spend Y coins to skip the queue!" Instead, it is intended to be an added reward for those players who actually do support Lordaeron financially -- which it is sorely in need of.

  6. So.. really, it's pay to play now. ;p

Pay to skip queue, you can play either way.

  8. Pay to skip queue, you can play either way.
Eh, not really. If I have only two hours spare time, I would have to donate to be able to play that day. So really, it is pay to play. On top of it, people can skip ahead of you in line making queue times even longer than previous for the rest of the players. With current queue time, it's giving estimations of 500-600 minutes. Meaning you could go an entire day sitting in queue unless you donate.

  9. Not to mention if you det dc during raid, and lets say you are main tank / healer its gg for entire raid, well here goes pay to play, lol this is hilarious xD
In other words buy item for 5 coins every 30 days > subscription

To you.. in that specific ocasion, but they are not denying you service, neither do they have a "bouncer" asking for your "ticket" to get in.

And bare in mind how this is a FREE service...

  11. In any occasion, and yes they are denying my service considering even waiting through the queue does not guarantee a log-in. Providing an edge to players for giving them money by giving them extra play time and such, does indeed make this not a 'free' service. http://i.imgur.com/g98GIGH.png

Yes, it does make it a free service. No one is forced to pay - or to play. The vast majority of the 10000 players required for there to be a queue haven't made a single donation to us ever, and they are playing just fine. You aren't being "denied service," since that would mean you wouldn't even be able to get in the queue or post in the Forums. You simply are being "denied" instant connection, because thousands of people were here before you or decided to support us and are offered preference in logging in.

It's not free if I am required to donate, IE Pay to be able to log in(Play). It means any person that donates gets in whenever they feel like it, considering queue times that is a 2-4+ hour time they will be ahead of the players who do NOT donate. That is giving a player an advantage for paying you, I.E. pay to win/play motto. A denial of service would mean I wouldn't be able to log in(hint, I'm not.) it does not however relate to the forums in any way; try again.(Your name is a very accurate representation of you.)

Can you even login to retail without paying? No. Can you be stuck in a queue even when paying? Yes.
It IS free since you can login without any cost at all. The server being full and you having to wait in a queue doesn't makes the service not free in any way, as can be attested by the majority of the 10000 players needed to form a queue, who never made a donation even once. Being banned on the Forums, on the other hand, means you are being denied service, as you'll see. Hint: you are able to login, you simply aren't able to choose ONE out of all our servers because there are thousands of people already playing there.

The prior argument/discussion aside, as any business, and as per the TOS you agreed to upon making an account here, we reserve the right to deny service to any person for any reason we choose (including no reason).
