    Hi, My account was banned on 27/01/2016 for 10 days (Account name : Minoryu) on ragnaros.Normally my disban is today at 9.10pm. and i can't log with it, can you please check my problem.

    Bans start from the moment you got banned, so it's likely just that it isn't the time of day for it to be lifted yet. If it isn't lifted by the end of the day, contact a GM or submit a ban appeal ticket on the website.
