Pandaria Can't equip items from inventory

I started Mists of Pandaria with a worgen. When I try to equip anything in my inventory or try to choose a class specification the game keeps saying that I am in combat and therefore unable to do those thing even though I am clearly not in combat.

use alt+f4, if by relogging you are a "spirit" then you were in combat.
Cambat in PvE situation (like levelling and doing quest) sometimes get bugged
