So as the name suggests is will about charm farming the best place to farm them is Icecrown https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_dB6201Zxk.
But every time I go there's Alliance there and end up getting ganked, but I've found a nice quite place to farm the charms without getting ganked in Scholzar Basin in the north east of the map in a area call the Avalanche you just have to pull mobs in groups of about 5 or more I got 80 charms in 20 minutes.

Well Alliance have a PvP fetish and will attack anything and anyone, without fail a bunch of 80's go to Thrallmar every week and gank lowbies and every other day there are 80's in Grom'gol base killing lvl 40's. I personally don't attack Alliance whether they be 80 or below but they seem to attack me when I'm doing my own thing and ignoring them.
Well I made roughly 600 charms out of 60 mins of farming Malykriss/Broken front with little to no downtime (that was during the night), so yeah 240 an hour does sound like a nice downgrade to that
However there are several other packs of mobs that you could give a shot
