Pandaria Ragefire Chasm

Hello,
I'm having problems entering Ragefire chasm for the quest Enemies below in Ogrimmar.
i'm a lvl 18 Pandaren warrior and i can't enter Ragefire chasm, i keep running against the portal but it doesn't let me in.

Do you guys know what i'm doing wrong ?

Last time I checked Frostwolf doesn't have it available yet

Check in RDF if the dungeon is disabled or not

I checked and it isn't available, but i need to get inside for the quest "enemies below".
otherwise i think i'm stuck.
Also because of this I can't buy a mount in Ogrimmar..

You're sure about that? I don't think regular mounts are connected to any dungeon

Regardless, abandon your quest. Just because there's a quest regarding a dungeon doesn't mean it will be available. It's better if you go somewhere else to level up. This will happen throughout your struggle to 90, trust me.
