Lunar Festival's Vendors

Hi guys,

I can't find any of the Lunar Festival's vendors (horde side, frostwolf). Does someone know if there are any one in the realm?
Just for the holiday fireworks' achievement.

I'm pretty sure he means the ones that shoud be in cities, the moonglade ones are present, city ones are not, at least they aren't for horde anyway.
