How is Wpvp on Lordaeron?

Hi everybody,

I've been a long time Molten Wow player and now I'm leveling a new character on Lordaeron realm. Until I reach lvl 80 when I will do both PVE and PVP, I'm interested to know if :

- is there Wpvp (ganking) going on in leveling areas? I figure it must be since the server is so packed.
- do BGs work on low lvl tiers? 10-19, 20-29 and so forth?
- do all low lvl dungeons work as intended?

And now 2 very important questions for when I reach lvl 80 :

- Is the battle for Wintergrasp working or is it planned for the future?
- Are all Wotlk dungeons (both normal and HC) and raids working as intended?

A) There is Wpvp in lvling areas both higher lvl camping and fair and square fighting.
B)at 10-19 and 20-29 exist twinks so these brackets are working but other than that no. All brackets used to be active but for some reason they overnerfed honor gains and now none does bgs at lower lvls cause of no reward
C)I havent been in a low lvl dungeon that doesnt work as intended( i havent done brs, brd and dire maul, other than that i ve been through all of them)

A2)The battle for Wintergrasp isnt currently working but the devs said it is planned to be released in the near future
B2)Normal dungeons work almost perfectly, but in order to fix some exploits on heroic there have been some changes that make some heroics not work as intended(Vh doesnt give rep from either ads or bosses, cos too, skadi in up spawns mobs too fast etc, and also no heroic mob can be skinned which is a huge blow to us leatherworkers cause we need to farm mats outside dungeons which sucks if you do heroics too..)
B2,2)raids are buffed currently so i have only gone to os which works so so (drakes are kinda buggy) but sartharion works fine imo but all raid content is buffed(Hp*200% and dmg *smth%).

- Ganking is very popular here, you gonna love it :)
- Dungeons and quests work great vs. any other free WotLK. Big improvements overall PvE.
- RDF disabled, big negative minus... or big positive plus. Designed feature.

Its basically level 80's ganking you non stop.
You see enemy faction, same level? He usually stops, lets you kill them, and ...behold, a level 80 suddenly appeared in the same area killing anything they possibly can.

I rarely got ganked or attacked by anyone while leveling. At level 80 both Horde and Alliance usually leave each other along while questing/farming. There are small innocents but overall it might as well be PvE.

Clearly you got lucky or when you were leveling most didn't had a 80 in their pockets, because I'm not even counting STV which is a gankfest all over, stuff like arathi highlands, badlands, etc a freaking 80 or at least a dk 60+ comes along once they die with their leveling character.

If you try to avoid them, it's not that bad. At least it wasn't for me. While I saw a bunch of 80's in the lower level zones, I weren't killed more by them than i remember being in Retail. Equal-level hordes that you try to fight seem really reluctant to fight back though. That's a shame, seems like it's an equal chance they'll actually fight back as there is them whining to a level 80 that's no doubt in the zone.

As for World PvP in general, I've experienced some fun skirmishes breaking out between the factions at hotspots, though oft ruined by a higher level on either side. And people forfeiting themselves to their fate seems to be awfully common when you attack people at your own level.

I wouldn't say I was lucky, just smart. I wasn't a stealth class like a Rogue or Druid, or a Night Elf, but as a Priest I made sure to Mind Vision every Horde that came in range (have an addon that shows "punks" in the area). People are much less likely to attack you if they know you know they are there.

The only notable experience that comes to mind is where a Shaman and a Rogue killed me several times, even going as far as to chase me when I ran out into the water.
