Pandaria Starter Edition?

This happened after I got stuck on loading page like forever then I used the unstuck but nothing helped so I deleted cache folder. But what happened after that is I can log in to my character but I can't queue battlegrounds, leaving group and more. When I try to leave group, it says Starter Edition accounts cannot invite characters into groups. This is the pic of it >>> http://i.imgur.com/PmJLQMi.jpg

try to follow these steps:
1) Enter in a Dungeon ( be sure to enter in an opened dungeon)
2) let dungeon's mob kill you
3) as spirit re-enter in the dungeon to recover your body
4) now log-out while still in the dungeon
5) close WoW and delete WDB inside WoW's Cache folder
6) log-in and see if you everything works fine

It only affected on the character that I got bugged. Not the whole account. Please help!
