Donated 5 coins, still in que.

I read in one place that I could not get que skipping on Lordaeron through donations. An in game ticket to a GM told me this was false, and I just needed to donate 5 coins.

I just bought a vanity pet for 5 coins, and the purchase said that it would grant 30 days of que skipping on Lordaeron.


I am still in que. I alt + F4'd out to restart the que and I am still in it. Does this take a while to go into effect? Does this work as intended?

Also, I believe a lot of people are getting around this by staying logged in all day. I did this before I decided I would rather donate. I would have my girlfriend put me in que several hours before I got off work and once I got in I had her click around every now and then to keep from getting kicked.

Perhaps am I just being sped through the que like a fast line? Am I waiting to get in when there are 2,000 players that do not donate waiting at character selection for hours? I am not looking for a handout, I am fine paying 5 euros a month to skip the que.

Queue should be added automatically once you have bought an item that grants queue skipping (written in green text) before purchase.
