Race change stuck

Hello dear players, i have bought race change for 20points for my char.
After i start change it shows that : Updating race... it's been 2 hours and still nothing....

2 hours? lmao.
I have read when that "updating stuff" happens you can wait max 10-15 sec ( or maybe minutes? idk) then close wow and when you re-open it everything should be fine but I have never used such feature so I can not confirm it

Thanks mate i close the wow and when i logged in it was already change, rofl i was waiting for like 2 hours and half :D
