Technical Restoring my characters

Hello,
I deleted my characters and now i cannot restore them using the options on the website. When i press "select character" they are not in the drop menu.
The both methos are not working - the one using coins and the other with points. I was able to restore other characters in the past.
account - wlcy; characters - nipio, nipiotv

you do not have any character on that realm? then create a 1lvl character with a random name so you will be to select this new one then you can see which deleted Character can me restored.

Deleted character must be withine 5 level to max lvl to be restored
