So yeah, same passives as blood only with less hp, no safeguard. Better vs magic dmg, comparable Death Strike to Blood, but no other healing. Bone Shield might be decent on bosses, but weak on trash.
Frost:
* 4k hp Death Strike (assuming 40k hp, typical for geared naxx tank)
Blood:
* 6,2k hp Death Strike (assuming same gear as frost, with +3% hp = 41,3k hp)

Death strike heal and damage are two different things. Threat of Thassarian only affects damage component, read the talent description. It was bugged in old TrinityCore versions (before 2012-ish), on Lordaeron it works correctly (since on retail it never did double healing).
