Technical First time into Outland loading screen freeze

So its the first time I go outland since I downloaded the game and started here. Loading bars both of them are stuck on loadding screen and there is no download/upload traffic when that happens. and I downlaoded the game via torrent and used backgrounddownloader.exe that fixed the problem to open the game and now this loading screen freeze happens. Can anyone help me with this?(its cata btw) character unstuck works but I just cant get past to outland or northrend.
Update: I cant even go Northrend
is there anyway to finish the download first so I ll have no problem with this background installer?
2. Update: Im trying to monitor the download when I choose charactter and go into loading screen it starts downloading like 30 kb/s and falls down slowly to zero in a short time.

FIX : it was probably my bad router that failed forwarding ports. I used a vpn program and it went so smooth :)

i have the same problem just i cant fix it by any means tried everything nothing works its just stucked at loading into outland... someone pls help meeee
