Also, your pass to skip queue only lasts a month from the date you purchase the item.

I just purchased and it didn't give me the option to skip the queue :( I'm still at 170. Is this normal? I even bought an item from the store. One month is fine.

Edit: Perhaps it was because I was already in the queue.. It let me in immediately when I exited out of the client entirely after logging into my toon.

Yeah, generally you should wait for about 5 min after the purchase, reset client / exit queue, and requeue again to be able to skip the queue.
