WotLK Can not connect to Server - Ping Realmlist timed out

as described above.

I can not connect to the Server, after entering Login credentials i get error, and my ping timed out.

some1 else got this Problem?
Location Germany, but also pings from some of my remote Servers i tried time out.

Pinging logon.warmane.com [188.138.40.87] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.

Packets: Sent = 1, Received = 0, Lost = 1 (100% loss),

Seems to work now, ping is stable
