No quests in Gilneas starter zone (Duskhaven)

I started leveling my Worgen and found no active quest givers available at all in the zone once I was transported to the Duskhaven section. I arrive in Duskhaven, turn in the first quest, click on the box, then nothing - no further quests

Turn on 'Track low level quests', through the tracking menu on the minimap.
At about that point in the questline, the quests are considered too low level for you, because of the x7 experience rate on the server.

Once you learn the Two Forms racial that lets you transform between human/worgen, you'll probably have to open an in-game ticket anyways. It often bugs out, and doesn't let you use it, but the GMs can fix it for you pretty easily
