In the lower half of my screen I constantly have a pulsating texture (its a pistol and two circles around it). Its not only ingame, also in my log in screen it appears and even when im logged out. It is pulsating pretty randmonly almosat like a poweraura buff.

No clue where this comes from. I have never seen that before.
