Pandaria Wrongly accused and banned due to a game bug

Hello,

I have been enjoying this server for 3 weeks now, and decided to join a Maze event organized by Hisue. When I got teleported into the maze i was still mounted up and i got automatically dismounted but I could swim/float in the air. Seconds later I got msged by another GM named Proterean who acussed me of hacking and banned me even before I could explain. Here is the link of the chat: http://imgur.com/bqunfnM . I am new to WoW and this is my 1st character. I haven't been hacking nor I have a reason to. Was considering to donate but for now it will wait. Also I am unable to create a Ban Appeal ticket for some reason. Hope to hear from someone soon.

You were flying in air without any buffs or mounts that enabled to you to fly. In my many years of playing and GMing I have only once encountered a similar bug which was related to the druid class. And guess what, abusing such a bug also resulted in a cheating ban.

Feel free to create a ban appeal if you so desire.
