It shows up when i start Wow.exe,any idea why this happens?

This is because you don't have read and write permissions. Make sure you go to properties and enable read/write

I enabled the wow.exe read-only properties and still dont work,do u mean that?

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
