Help with MOP 5.4.8

Hello everyone i downloaded the client for play MOP but when i run .exe after a few minutes a box message appears with this:

"Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

i allready add the game in my firewall permissions, tried run it in admin mode but still appearing this message, if someone cal help me ill be so gratefull

Just check forum.
It was here hundred times.

Un-check "READ-ONLY" in your Mists of Pandaria 5.4.8 folder settings. done
