Pandaria Login problem

Hey, when i try to log in it only says "Connecting" and after a while it says "u need to log in with a Battle.net account" why?

There is a slight possibility that it could be a server-side issue. Have you attempted to log in multiple times before writing the post?
If so and the issue still persists, when was the last time you accessed Frostwolf?

I have tried to login like 100 times, the weird thing is that i could login earlier that day, so i deleted the game and im now downloading it again

Now when i have reinstalled the game and trying to lanch it, it pops up a windos says "Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
