WotLK Cant log in, few questions.

Can I have current wow installed?

How do I log in with wow.exe? Whenever I log in it tries to update.

Log in with your username, not email. If your client got updated you will have to redownload it, or at least the files that were modified.

So when it asked for email I just put username kieff and then password?

Log in using your Warmane account name, not email address. (just like you log in on Website)
Be sure your client is still 3.3.5 otherwise you have to download it again
