Technical Can't run WoW.exe

Hello guys!

I'm new to the game and I need help. I installed the MoP client for first time and tried to run the WoW.exe file how it was said in the guide. But when i tried to do that it gave me that error after 2-3 minutes of waiting:


"Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. "


I tried changed the properties to run as administrator, tried again but it was the same again and again.
I don't know what to do now to download the game again or what?

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
