    Can't get to launch

    I just finished downloading Mists of Pandaria 5.4.8 and I can't get it to launch. It runs under background processes but never actually does anything.

    close that process via task manager. Then:
    1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
    2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
    3) now you can start the game
