Hello, I have not played this game over a year. Since then I have changed devices. My google authenticator account was on my old device. Now my account is locked. What can I do to retreive my locked account ?

Go on this page and select Two Factor Auth Removal. Log out before opening the page.

^ That is if you still have access to your account, meaning you recovered your account after Moltdown. Then an deactivation link will be sent to your email.
