WotLK Unable to hand in completed quest (Cyclonian) - Warrior Class Quest (Lordaeron)

I have done the Warrior class quest for the Whirlwind weapon and it shows completed in my quest log, but I'm unable to hand in the quest, the quest giver just shows a grey question mark and is not responsive. I have all of the relevant quest items in my bags, so it's not an issue with an item being in the bank.

Is there a workaround for this issue or something I can do?

open a ticket in-game, GMs can help players in case of Class-Quest bug as far as I know

Edit : Issue is resolved, dropping the quest did not drop the quest items thankfully.
