Missing options in chat window

In raid chat or in any other chat when i right click on someones name i don't have the option Set Focus or Target, i think i used to have those once upon a time so is there and option that i need to check for those to appear

Select them, then type /focus or /target, you can make a macro with those texts and bind it or put it on your bars, you can also make them mouseover macro.

you have to make the chat interactive again.
rightclick on the tabname of the chatwindow for instance "general" and youll see an option called "make interactive"
