Pandaria Problem with a player

I dont know if this is the right section for this topic. Becouse reporting players ingame is just for hackers, scammers and ninjas, isnt it?
If not, sorry for posting this

I want to report a player.
Kissofwar whispered me after an arena match that I am hacking. Becouse I looked like my Arena Mate Druid and I casted Healing Touch ( I am a mage)

So thats why I was able to do this:
I have the Glyph [Glyph of Illision], which transform me into someone else ( My Arena Mate).
I was able to cast Healing touch becouse of the lvl 87 Skill from druids Symbios.
