Is there a haste cap for shadow priests? I've read on guides here the cap is around 1,250, But my brother who also did some research said that the haste cap is bugged here? I'm not sure what to believe at this point!

The latter is almost always plausible on warmane.

Yeah Haste cap is bugged, thats why shadow priests here on warmane should go for dual haste trinkets etc, but only gem 23 sp since sp still has prio.
