Hi everyone. Someone stole my account, change passoword 1st then change the email of the account. I play in realm Ragnars - wotlk.In this account i have only 1 hero 80 lvl mage - my main char. I saw that the thief change the name of my character i write PM to some GMs here in forum but I dont receive a answer.Also I sumbited a few tickets in game and GM respons me that its my responsibility the security of my acc and to use the website retrieve methods( how to use them when my original email is changed) I know the new email of account because in my mail i receive a letter letting me know that the email of my warmane account is changed.How to get any support from GMs here in warmane ... I can tell them the original email of the account which was changed yesterday they can check it. I just want to get my email to the account and I will use the retrive sistem to change my password. I dont have donations IDs fr a prove that acc is mine cuz i dont donate. PLS i want support from GMs thats the only way getting my acc back.
PS: I dont know how someone know my account information i didnt share it with anyone.

did you have a Two Factor Authentication: Enabled ?
It is free and it helps protect your account from being stolen
Did someone ingame whispered you for free coins? Some accounts lately are being stolen that way, they ask you to log on a fake website and if you do, your account is gone...
send an e-mail to [email protected] if you lost access to your account, this is the only way to solve your problem.
Explain them your problem and they will reset that Account to the first and original email ( so you will be able to change pssw etc.)

They might have misunderstood your issue.
Furthermore, according to our ToS we should not give support to hacked accounts, but we still do up to a point (inc. the possibility to reset your email back to the original). Contact [email protected]
