Hi everyone. Some days ago i found a "barrel" nearly of stormwind.

Well i discover that was a vendor of cooking stuff, before i made some food and read some recipes i found a problem, i was not have ingredients for the next kind of food. and it says that ingredients are selling by another "barrel" outside of ironforge but... i can´t find him.

Is true that his still there ?
Its a bug ?
Or the event is hover ?
