i get banned cuz i reserved item and how is posible i get banned iam donnor over 700 euros on acc my 4 year old acc man i never do somting wrong on server this is my first time in my life i get banned i try make tickets they colsed me to make it tickets cuz i explain my situation plzz help me and unbaned my acc i get 2 month banned for nothing i swear never doing somting wrong plzzz help meee

Why do people automatically assume being a donor allows them some sort of special treatment against bans?

If you appealed your ban and staff stuck to the original decision to keep you banned then there was obviously enough evidence to prove you wrong.

If you did create a ban appeal on the web, they have most likely explained to you why an unban is not possible.
Regardless of how much you have donated on the server, in-game and forum rules will remain the same.
