Actually, I think most of the Arena players would love to play with PvP items only :p

And lets be real...
Here a lot of people dont play arenas mostly because mmr is ridiculous and arenas are full of players carried by gear.
No, i dont say top of ladders are carried by gear, there is people who are skilled, i dont underestimate anyone.
But a loooot of people are carried by gear.

Bgs are the most afected by gear. You can stay in the same place protected by the rest of your group and spamming abilities while u let the items proc.

i don't play bgs unless i need enchants for my alts so idk how can i be farmed in bgs

You don't know how you can be farmed while playing battlegrounds on your alt to get enchants?

they're all too focused on making their next swifty's highest crit video.

3v3 is too hard anyways, too much pillar hugging, donor gear, and cc its gg.

bgs require coordination, skill, and tenacity. bigger plays = bigger wins.

gg to people that try to promote a dead bracket when bgs are clearly superior.

so because i enjoy running battlegrounds with friends I should have no say, your proposition is to disallow me from doing what i want because it will make what you want more active? no it won't, I don't enjoy arenas in the least, tried them many times and don't like them. so there is no way i will be running 3s anytime soon.

Play wisely and that will not happen. Most of the times that I lose for an opener (and its rare) its for RM or Thug, and I admit that 90% of the times its because me or my partner did something wrong.

As an example: I was playing Feral/Rogue and 1shotting everyone till 2300 rating, after that we weren't able to 1shot, even agaisnt the same comps, so we had to adapt our playstyle and outplay them.
