Has someone else encountered this bug again? We lost loot from 2 bosses in naxx because it's simply not lootable. We tried to pick it up instantly from the boss the second time and it still didn't work. Is there any work around?

The best you can do is take screenshots and send to a Game Master, however as far as I know, they do not restore loot if it becomes bugged or is lost in a rollback.

it happened to us in dungeon too making loot FFA causes that

It wasn't FFA, it was Master Looter.

We're not looking to get the loot back. Just trying to understand how the bug works and how it can be avoided. We left Kel'Thusad for tonight because if this reason and if we lose bis weapons due to it there will be some serious rage. :D

I think it's related to people leaving the raid. Same thing happened last week in VoA - people were leaving raid group and some of the loot simply become inaccessible (when trying to loot no loot window opens).

That can't be it. It was a guild run. No one left the raid.

How to avoid loot bug
Hi, from what we tested this loot bug happens sometimes when you check loot as a master looter and you will close that window. So to avoid that when you are touching loot as master looter never close loot window. Just give items to people before you will close window with loot. Worked fine for all our raids.

Same problem here ... I was in VoA 25 when the boss dropped the deadly priests chest but i couldnt take it because of the loot bug ...
