Ok as the tittle says whats the actual hit cap for PvE assassin rogue on Lord. I know its supposed to be 17% for ur poisons not to miss, but ive been running with less hit : 7% from gear + 5%from talents + 3%spr/boomy and from 300IP didnt miss one. Has any1 tested it and can confirm whats the actual hit cap needed?

I'm running with ~8,3% hit from gear and have the occasional miss if I don't have a Draenei in my group. Seems to work fine for me. My guess is that you were just lucky.

315 Hit Rating with Precision 5/5. Doesn't include raidwide buffs, which decrease this value.

For a raiding environment you will need 237 static hit rating. This will put you at 9% from gear, 5% from 5/5 precision and 3% from SP / Moonkin Mysery.
Voila, you are at your 17% for raids. This has been tested, of course. Having less hit will naturally prompt an occasional miss of a poison application.
