So, basicly, when molten went sideways, and lost all our character info they gave us coins, i do not have any coins, neither i gifted them or anything, at the time i had given up, losing fully cata / LK / MOP geared chars, made me mad, but now im coming back i do not have coins, any help please?

The grace period for the coin refunds has long past.
People were given plenty of time to retrieve accounts and to gain access to their old coin fund.

hmm, i didint had to retrieve the account now, i just logged in, and i had coins, why would they go missing? they where given. i never spent them.

Coins were given an expiry date of a few months after you were given them back from Moltdown.
This date was unique to you, and was on your dashboard, you couldn't miss it.

sadly it wasent, neither we wer informed they had expiry date back then. ever, otherwise i wouldv spent them in gold , at least would be invested

It was said from the beginning that the coins would expire in 30-60 days. If you didn't know that then you didn't read news on main page.

only read that they where giving coins, at first there was no limit, and there was 2 coins give outs.

They would have been already on the account prior to Moltdown as as such they have no expiry, or they were added post molt-down as a gift from Holidays.

The coins that are gone:
- all coins that you have ever spend, you received those back.
All coins still in your account:
- all coins you did not yet spend before moltdown, but actually had idle in your account.
