WotLK Huge Lag Spikes

Since Yesterday i'm having Huge Lag Spikes, where everyone stops for like 20 secs, then all actions happens in 2 secs in a fast way and everyone is dead in the end (I'm healer), Anyone else having this?

You did not specify the realms, but they all should be fine. Average latency is around 50ms.
Make sure you are not downloading / uploading stuff in the background (such as uTorrent) and that your firewall exceptions remain intact.
