WotLK Where to get the pet quest as an Orc Hunter?

I am currently level 12 and I still don't have the PET quest to tame and feed pets. Where and from whom I can get it?

Razor Hill. In the dugout hut thingy opposite the main building.

You are talking about Thotar right? The Orc hunter trainer? I already met him and he didn't have any quests for me regarding pets.

Try hunter trainer in Org, not sure though.
