Looking for a 10 man guild? <A>

HI, i'm new to the server and i'm playing a demo lock on alliance side. I'm not really into "hardcore" raiding and just like the feeling of progression.
I have experience in icc10 as well as 25,but I prefer 10 man, my experience was on old molten ragnaros 12/12 icc10 6/12 icc10hc. I also completed 25n.
As the title says im looking for a friendly 10 man guild,preferably EU but im not fussy as to when the raid time is as i work my own hours.
