Hello!

I'd like to ask if there's any possibility to retrieve my stolen account via my latest backup.
Today I got hijacked from a friend and he did change the email of my account too when we broke up, so i cannot login anymore.

In website My Account > Settings > Account Email it isn't asking to confirm the gmail's password (if there was this option, he couldn't be able to change my email to his own email because he doesn't know my gmail's password) so now it was easy for him to change the email without confirming my gmail's password.

Is there any possibility to get back to any of my previous emails so i can access my account for once again?

I already did a ticket in game but I was told to send a ticket in the website. Somehow, the ticket support isn't working or it's just for banned accounts.

Also, If the backup would help you i'll give it to you or any further info regarding my account to ensure that it is my account.

All the previous emails in this account are all mine except the current one just because i got hijacked from my "friend" when we broke up.
I can tell you all my previous emails. You can also check all the tracked IPs since day 1 in this account are from Greece except the current IP because i dont even know where he is now and what he's doing with my account.

Logically, you would agree to change the current account's email to any of the previous ones because this stealing(email changing) happened today around 5 hours ago and you can see it if you would give it a check. The last backup that i did was 2 days ago and if it includes any of my emails then that's even better. So, if my latest backup would help, i can give it to you.

All i want from warmane is to switch this email to any of the account's previous emails.
All i want is my account back because i've been playing with this account since march 2015.


Please support me, this is some serious problem and i didn't expect from him to react by changing my email to his own email.

Backups will only be able to be used in case of Warmane's failure.
However, you can ask for an email reset to [email protected] providing your account information.
