WotLK Why I'm banned for "bot"?

My account is banned for 'bot' its ridiculous because I don't even have gather profession. I already created unban appeal - no answer. I'm using private network IP (my network IP is not real) and if somebody from my LAN is using hack its not fair to ban me for that. Please GM's help me.

PS: Please don't just close thread and point me unbann appeal link, because you never read it.

You dont need a gather profession for botting.
The most Bots on MoP are Gold and Item farm Bots who killing mobs on a spot all the time
